Highly recommended

This book really does do what the title says, and I highly recommend this book to everyone, particularly those who tend to stress and worry, or anyone who is going through a rough time. It's an amazing self-development book, amazingly written and the examples that Carnegie provides in this book are very interesting. Very much worth applying the tips he gives here to every day life!
