Off sugar for good
I decided to try my hand at quitting sugar last year but struggled to find recipes that looked appealing. My boyfriend bought me this cookbook which has been my saviour. I've since gifted this to my mum and sister.
The recipes seem easy enough to cook and it seems to cover all kinds of meals except for main meals. It has a handful of soups and a couple of other options but barely any dinners
Definitely not a book for those with nut allergies...
A little disappointing that such a high percentage of these recipes contain nuts, and no alternatives are mentioned. A purchase I'll rarely use.
