    I was skeptical initially....

    When I heard that Ian Thorpe had releases a cook book, I through what would someone out of the pool know about cooking?!? But now that I have read the book from cover to cover. it is a very well laid out book with very easy to follow recipes that he explains well. The concept of the book is brilliant, and sure it's been done before, but Ian really hits the nail on the head with this book. I'm very happy that I purchased it and can't wait to get cooking some of the recipes from it.

    The only criticism I would have for it is, if it's supposed to be a get healthy cook book... a lot of the recipes are serves 4-8. Would have been nice to have seen it aimed at serves 2-4. With the mention that you could easily double this for a BBQ or Dinner party.

    I have to agree with him... The 3 day chickedn sounds amazing, can't wait to try it for myself!!!
