The sisterhood is strong here
Perfectly and poetically capturing all it is to be female and to live to the fullest with love, loss, moments of carefree abandonment, chasing wild but not impossible dreams and confronting the ugly side of the inevitable objectification that comes with attraction. I felt the deepest connection to the characters of Ainsley’s life and wanted to cry out with hope that one day what might have been will still be for her. It has to be!!! So glad I bought this for a late night read and looking forward to owning paper copies to gift to my friends. I read this in one sitting as I simply couldn’t put it down, and I want to fall back into the characters one more time before I call it a night!!! Golden and strong five stars.
