In Sickness and Employment: Women Living and Working with Chronic Illness‪.‬

This article reports on a study of women with chronic illnesses and their relationship to the workforce in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Workplace accommodation for disabilities is posited as a key concern, and new paradigms for work that would allow the women to participate without marginalization are explored. Cet article fait le compte rendu d'une etude sur des femmes ayant des maladies chroniques et sur leur rapport avec la main-d'oeuvre a Winnipeg (Manitoba). L'accommodation pour les handicapees, dans le lieu de travail, est vue comme probleme cle; l'article explore de nouveaux paradigmes de travail qui permettraient aux femmes de participer sans qu'il y ait de marginalisation.
