When Johnny Pike first came into my life, I was teaching the
College Career Class in our local Sunday School. He came into
the room that day like a breath of fresh air. Even though he was
only in his late teens he exhibited a love for life, a love for people
and above all a love for God and his fellow man. He shows that his
life is bent toward pleasing his Savior Jesus Christ.


Through the years since then he has stayed the course and has not
lost the anointing. He has a fixed and steady purpose. His fresh
ideas and goals never cease to amaze me. When I first met him,
he talked about getting some of his writings published. Now the
time has come.
