Superbly Atmospheric
There are no heroes in this book. Just people doing their best to survive. Well researched and evocative. It was graphic, like, Very! And uncomfortable in parts. If your expecting a traditional police procedural..this isn’t it..The plot is not easy to follow due to the nature of the narrative. There is no sugar coating. No one is let off. There is no moral triumph. But I couldn’t put it down.
