This book is most definitely the kind of book you'd read over and over and laugh out loud every time. This was such a feel-good book that had it all. The fun, laughter, banter, swoon-worthy moments, and a little sadness.
I absolutely loved Em and Ethan. Their interactions were brilliant, and I often embarrassed myself by laughing in public. The story is an easy read and one that I flew through. Personally, I think they were fated to be together for real all along.
I don't ever like going into the full story as I like for people to experience a book firsthand. But know I loved it, and would recommend it. It's a great read and one. I'm sure I'll read it again and again.
Loved it 🥰
Brought together by their “new besties” daughters, Emmaline and Ethan were on a one way street to their HEA starting with a fake dating scheme. They must sort out the baggage from their pasts, cope with some clumsy disasters, awkward moments and all the while, fall in love in the process.
Christina Hovland writes entertaining and endearing characters in hilarious but realistic situations, full of emotion, angst, wit, humour and romance and she always tops her stories off with a perfect HEA.
Can’t wait for more in this new Mile High series.
I received an ARC from Wordsmith Publicity and this is my honest review.
