Positive spin on teenage years
It is refreshing to know that teenagers were going through the same issues then as they are today. This refreshing spin on it shows how the aspiration of inter generational support was being promoted then as now. This work of fiction sets up its readers to experience the possibilities of such connectedness in a way that is beyond belief, yet promises a truth that parents may really influence their offspring for good if trust between them is present.
