Juvenilia

The entertaining and funny pieces compiled in Juvenilia were penned by Jane Austen in her youth. With few in epistolary form, most of these pieces are short fictions and humorous while some are darker and contain more serious content. Apart from a tantalizing and colourful array of escapades, the work also presents some characters that later appear in novels of her mature years. Most famous pieces are History of England, Love and Freindship, The Beautifull Cassandra and Memoirs of Mr. Clifford.
