Kiss A Girl in the Rain
Nice, easy read. Thoroughly enjoyed the story.
Basic and Boring
It’s what is says on the tin. Nothing more. Nothing less. And don’t be fooled all the background stuff with the Inheritance and the deed and whatnot, it gets solved bloodlessly so don’t expect any action from there.
Its a very soft boiled romance that has a happily ever after once the characters realise the solution you’ve been yelling at the book from minute one.
It also has a very obvious conclusion that makes you just want to face-plant into the nearest flat surface at how obvious it was to everyone else except the MCs.
And then we don’t even get much of a conclusion which is also just disappointing given the meagre build up the book tried for.
