Latin Made Easy

Publisher Description

This interactive, electronic book was made for a Catalyst project. Its purpose is to aid medical students in their learning of medical terminology by walking through the lexicon of a slice of neuroanatomy and pathophysiology and its translation into Latin. Learning the Latin bases, prefixes and suffixes of biomedical terminology is useful for remembering and understanding the location and function of a term. The techniques of breaking down a single term can be applied to other body systems for either anatomy or pathophysiology or both.
