Qantas has always inspired affection and loyalty from passengers and staff, and everyone has their favourite story about the airline.


“Laughter in the Air” is a selection of the very funniest and the most unusual stories. They range from the early days, when bush pilots organised turkey shoots from low-flying aircraft, through to the gracious days when the flight from England was measured in days not hours, to the high-tech machines of today - where the crew still have to cope with everything from an engine failure in mid-air to the passenger who must have a window seat!
