What an awesome book to read! Highly recommended book for all sportspeople, amateur and professional. but for anybody really, as the concept is to extract the very best out of oneself by connecting with your spiritual and physical, through honest understanding of oneself. Which connects you to everyone, because by honestly knowing who and what you are, your more ‘accessible’ to everybody through the concepts in the book, creating a positive and very sustainable environment to succeed

This book has given me a whole new perspective in regards to how I conduct myself at work. I can attribute this change in mindset to a complete turn around in my standing in my company (a large bank). The Allblacks have always been a special part of my life, never missing a game and always up to date on all the news, this book gives insight to why the Allblacks are such an inspiration. Best book I've read for a long time..
