'[A] spectacular adventure . . . one heart-pounding ride' Entertainment Weekly on Red Rising
They do not need the Reaper. They need the man.
The Reaper is a legend, more myth than man. But he is also Darrow: husband, father, friend.
After a devastating defeat, Darrow longs to return to his wife and sovereign, Virginia, to defend Mars from Lysander. Lysander longs to restore the supremacy of Gold, and will raze the worlds for his ambitions.
The worlds once needed the Reaper. Now they need Darrow.
So begins his voyage home, an interplanetary adventure where old friends will reunite, new alliances will be forged, and rivals will clash on the battlefield. After the dark age will come something new: born of light, of victory and of hope.
The action-packed sixth book in the explosive global sensation from Sunday Times and #1 New York Times bestselling author Pierce Brown.

Fantastic
I missed a flight connection because I was so captivated by one of the fights… was worth it!
It was worth the wait
I can't give any higher praise than that. I look forward to Red God (and by look forward to I mean I vibrate with rabid impatience because I just ran out of book and I'm not done yet, more please!)
Five stars… almost
A bit disappointing that I have to wait another 4 years for the final book to end this series! I just love Brown’s writing, dialogue, characters and style.
I finished the book in in 4 days, while working full-time and having my 7 hours of sleep a night, but I had to order the audiobook to continue the story while driving to and from work. So good and the plot just keeps on deepening and developing more twists and turns. I really hope we’re getting out of this alive and happy for ever after…
