True love, destiny and fate
I could not put this book down. I fell in love with Treat and Max. If you believe in true love, destiny and love, this is the book for you!
Loved it
4.5 Stars for Lovers at Heart which is book 4 in the Love in Bloom Series but it’s also the beginning of The Bradens so it can certainly be read as a stand-alone.
Treat Braden is a successful businessman he loves traveling and he spends all his time traveling around the world buying resorts he also not shy with women but he has always been a love them and leave them type of guy until Max Armstrong got under his skin.......
Max Armstrong meet Treat in the Bahamas when she was the wedding organiser for his cousin that was 6 months ago and she can’t seem to get Treat out of her mind or dreams, the last thing she expects is to bump into him back at the town festival she was helping to run....
This book centres around Treat and Max but we also get introduced to the whole Braden family and I loved how tight this family are and I loved the loyalty and banter they shared. Characters with sizzling chemistry and a few obstacles to overcome before they get their HEA made for a great read. This is a series of stand-alone books which is fast becoming one of my favourite reads.
A great read
Not having read the previous edition of this book I went in with an open mind. I was excited to learn about the book that started it all with Trent Braden and Max Armstrong’s story.
Treat had no interest in finding love,happy with the casual hook ups he has had, but when he met Max it was like lightening striking, such was their connection.
However it is not all smooth sailing as Max refuses to answer his calls and he has no idea why. When fate brings Treat and Max together again he will not lose the opportunity.
I loved how Melissa Foster wove a story about hope, of overcoming one’s past and embracing ones present and moving forward together. As with real life not all goes smoothly but it is the ”realness” of their relationship that she describes that makes this such a great book.
Lovers At Heart: Reimagined is a beautiful and romantic love story which I thoroughly enjoyed.
