Love's Letters

Written by an Indonesian female writer, Love Letters is a compilation of love poems that depict different stages of a relationship and romance between a man and a woman in a form that is somewhat dream-like and illusionary. The poems are arranged in alphabetical order, with each chapter dedicated to a letter, an initial of a man's name. While each poem can be read as an individual poem, the book in its entirety is a story of a love life of the first person in the poems, from the age of innocence to the latter years.
