The intro explains the science, and gives easy to follow ways to plan your meals. This is then followed by recipes that range from really simple (but tasty), to more prep required (can't wait to try the bacon, but waiting a week is going to suck).
For those who are new to keto, the only improvement wou,d be including a macro breakdown. Those more experienced will quickly pick out recipes they are likely to do regularly and create the recipe in their tracker of choice.
