the whole year I've been calling apple support for the only reason that my mac hangs a lot and its just getting slower and slower!!!! and every time they said "ohh can you do this? can you do that for us?? " I did everything but nothing happened!!! but unfortunately I had to go abroad for six months and when I came back the same issues were happening, finally they called me at the store and after a few days told me that there was a problem with my mac's hardware and they fixed it.. and today the same problem started again!!!!!!!! but now I cant even ask for the support because warranty expired.. I didnt know they were just wasting the time so that the warranty will expire.... WORST PURCHASE EVER!!!!!!! I HATE IT I HATE ITTTTTTTTTT
