SKOPJE (Macedonia), October 27 (SeeNews) - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Tuesday it expected Macedonia's economy to contract by 1.0%-1.5% this year, which is "a more favorable outcome than previously expected and represents a significantly better performance than most countries in the region". Previously, the IMF said it expected Macedonia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to fall by 2.5% this year.
