Take a trip to Daleville, as everyday people form lines in a courthouse to have their daily problems heard and resolved by an unusual court official. The eligibility to speak to the Magistrate is simple yet strangely immoral — a resident must have accomplished ten goals. It's become a way of life in this simple town that things once considered good is now evil and vice versa.

Bernie Baldwin has been before the Magistrate so many times that the frumpy man can't recall the last time he ironed out his own problems. Today, he steps into the courtroom prepared to once again have his issue fixed and for the first time he gets denied. Whatever will a man who's never handled his own misgivings and poor decisions do? He pleads his case.
