Memoirs of a Pioneer Okie of Wagner County: 1933-2009

MEMOIRS OF A PIONEER OKIE OF WAGONER COUNTY-FROM 1933 UNTIL 2009, reveals the actual observations, recollections, and happenings in Wagoner County of C. Ray Essary; during the depths of the Great Depression, World War II, the world-wide rebuilding of war-shattered nations, his own growing to maturity, his love of and marriage to Willa, his one true love; the subsequent birth of their four sons; and of the struggle to make a living in the highly competitive world of farming, during the turbulent post-war years. Having overcome these obstacles, more or less, he offers some few suggestions, and questions, on how to continue to meet the challenges after almost four-score years.
