4,5 Stars for Merry Me ( Holiday Romance Novel #1)
This is a fairly new author to me but as Christmas is my favourite time of year this book was always going to be on my radar and it did not disappoint.
This is Elliott Duncan and Lynn Carpenter’s story and their take will appeal to all romance lovers. Police Chief Elliott Duncan dislikes everything about the holiday season but when single mum Lynn Carpenter leaves a gift on his doorstep he has idea how to return the gift without offending.
Lynn a single mum to Laura, she is strong, sassy and is used to doing things for herself so when Elliott offers help it goes against everything she believes in....
This is a sweet holiday romance, two people not looking for love find themselves wrapped up in the magic of the holiday season and it’s takes them both working together to bring the Christmas spirit back into their lives. Wonderful, magical romance and I adored this story.
