Michael Shane Kolkman v. State Alaska

BRYNER, Chief Judge. Michael Shane Kolkman appeals his conviction of one count of attempted sexual assault in the first degree, contending that Superior Court Judge Larry R. Weeks erred in denying him the opportunity to withdraw the plea of no contest upon which his conviction was based. Kolkman also contends that his sentence of twenty years with five years suspended is excessive. We remand for additional proceedings.
