More Than Feathers Make a God

Flockshield Emman has spent his life underneath the shadow of The Great Flock, utterly devoted to his god The Flockmother. But when he becomes drawn into an illicit romance with the lowly servant of an opposing faith, he finds himself torn between his god and his love.

As Emman is forced to question his warrior’s service to The Flockmother, a new and foreign enemy starts to spread underneath The Flock’s wings. Its power begins to fester across the desert sands of Emman’s home and brings with it the ancient threat of war.
