Too wordy
I honestly skipped a lot because it was too wordy

Was a bit repetitive, and the ending was finished off like an afterthought. Didn’t think it was worth purchasing next in series. Anticlimactic.

This book started out strong but then let’s you down. It’s almost like the author thought the book was too long so went back and cut out chunks of the book. Their are sections that drag on and then there’s a chapter where absolutely everything happens. 3/4’s of this book is a backwards and forwards between the two main characters about how they shouldn’t/can’t be together and then in the last quarter, she’s dropped all of her goals and ambitions to be with him. Was nice to see a lead lady with some solid life goals until she of course gave it up for ‘love’.
