Across the horizon glittering lights emerged, appearing like a vacillating, small rectangular form. Andie watched the image slowly increase in size. She pressed the phone to eliminate the light just as the first flush of the impending sunrise filtered through the dried palm leaves on the palapa above her. Cabo, her fiercely guarded, unknown hideaway. She couldn’t bear to cope with the agent’s message.
