I am female and have been with my husband 10 yrs partner and married for the last 9 yrs. My age is69. I have always worried about his behaviour and have only just found out that he is narcisstic personality. My Counsellor suggested I read this book and it has certainly helped me to understand. It has also made me feel very worried about how to solve my issues.
Enlightened
A very balanced opinion. Allows the reader to stop playing blame games and simply understand and move on. Much of what I have read is venomous attacks against the abuser. I just want peace and process to heal. It's a good start
