Brilliantly written. Insightful and enlightening

Fantastic
I read this book years ago in paperback and when I saw it here was pleased it is still selling... it is an extraordinary book. Geraldine goes through the Islamic world, country by country, and explains the legal situation for women as well as many personal stories. It is eye-opening, shocking but not sensationalist - the work of a great journalist and writer.
Amazing!
So interesting. Couldn't put it down.
