Not for me.

I don’t know what I was expecting to find in this book but it wasn’t a bunch of information based on opinion not fact. The self-work stuff emphasises the mother’s emotional and mental wellbeing which I appreciate (because it so often goes unmentioned) but other than that I found it a waste of money. Didn’t leave me feeling empowered with knowledge just wishing I didn’t purchase.
