This book offers lots of great info presented in a lovely, easy-to-read format.
There are so many conflicting and convoluted books about diet and nutrition these days. This one avoids the fads and dubious factoids and instead gives the reader simple, solid guidance for making good food choices. An excellent reference!
Highly recommended
Highly recommend this book for anyone interested in weight loss, healthy eating and nutrition in general.
