Once upon a broken heart
I am not sure what I was expecting with this book, but this wasn’t it. I think I was expecting it to be a bit more romance, but it really wasn’t.
There were lots of twists and turns that had you trying to guess what was going to happen next, and I never could… it also left me on a cliffhanger!! I was watching the pages dwindle and was wondering how they were going to resolve everything before the end and I guess they didn’t need to.
I enjoyed it anyway and will be picking up the next book to see what happened. Though it looks like Apple Books don’t have it…
Single POV, no spice, 14+ there was quite a bit of murder… haha
Amazing
A true fairytale. I love Stephanie Garber’s imagination and the world she has brought to life. I’m in love with the villain, and only because his complexity is so beautifully written. Not to mention the dresses, and the scenery, and the understated wit. Total love. Read on iBooks but going to buy the hard copies because these books are worth collecting and reading again.
