Delightful dialogue
Don’t read before bed you will not b able to sleep. Funny and heartwarming
Nice guys can come first
This story proves that nice guys can can be the perfect heroes. Thaddeus is a nice guy, liked by everyone and very helpful. He’s the guy next door. He’s witty, intelligent and a true romantic. He believes love should be like a fairytale and he looks for signs to confirm his impressions. He wants what his cousin Diana has.
Priscilla is also friendly, likeable and helpful to others, but she wants to stay in the shadows and remain unwed. Being scandal free and unwed at 25 will bring her wealth enough to follow her adventurer father and grandfather. She tries hard to resist Thad’s pull, but it’s difficult.
The dialogue between these two characters is uplifting and makes you smile. As a reader you want Thad to remain hopeful and for Priscilla to have the shades lifted from her eyes. It’s hard to decide on where to stop reading. Another great book in this series.
