Marcia Barhydt is a dedicated advocate for older women. One Small Voice is a collection of Marcia's articles about ageism at work, in advertising, at your favorite department store, in Hollywood, even in our own minds and in our own bedrooms. Ageism is rampant and we need to make it stop!
