Paige

Paige is a short story that introduces the main character of Goodnight Paige, a contemporary romance novel that is available online today. She is an interesting and fortunate young woman, who has lived both a racy and a contemporary life. Circumstances have created this incongruence. She walks from one life to the other as if passing room to room in a house. Paige holds nothing back, whichever life she lives, and she never borrows from one life to enhance the other. Thus, people who meet her in one life do not suspect the other life that she lives. Even those few people who know of the circumstances that cause her transitions cannot know of her other life, for they only see one side of Paige’s personality. This is especially true when Paige visits Savannah, Georgia, on a trip that she did not want to take. Fated to travel there, she prepares her family to carry on without her, near Baltimore, Maryland, never suspecting that the hauntingly beautiful city of Savannah would try to claim her in her other life.
