PAIN

Pain is unwanted.  Now unwanted is pain.  Where does the cycle begin?  Where does the cycle end?  When we decide more and more categories are unwanted, our pain increases.  When we decide even POSSIBLE UNWANTED(S) are painful, we are able to imagine these possible(s) and place ourselves in a whirling gyre of pain.  Learn how to deconstruct the decisions that have created and sustained an increasingly painful state.  Dissolve them back into peace.
