Patrick John Walsh (Walsh) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Venango County sustaining the reinstatement of two suspensions of Walshs operating privilege by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation (DOT). The trial courts order is reversed.
