Paul R. Sullivan v. Joseph C. Stock

Appellant Sullivan sued appellee Stock for damages claimed to have been suffered by him as an occupant of appellees automobile driven by appellee against a telephone pole. The trial court granted appellees motion to dismiss the third amended complaint and dismissed the case with prejudice; hence this appeal.
