May 21, 1996 Paul Sateach appeals from the July 13, 1995 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County (trial
court) which reversed in part and affirmed in part the decision of the Beaver Meadows Zoning Hearing Board (Board). We affirm
in part and reverse in part the decision of the trial court.
