Paul v. Merrill Lynch Trust Company of Texas

Appellants Lisa Martinez Paul (Lisa) and Steven Edward Martinez (Steve) (collectively Appellants) raise four issues complaining of a probate courts rulings on the characterization of a gun collection and on attorneys fees. We will modify the probate courts judgment and affirm it as modified.
