Paul Wilder v. Department Corrections

Before this court are preliminary objections filed by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (Department) to a petition for review filed by Paul Wilder (Petitioner). Petitioners petition essentially seeks a writ of mandamus to require the Department to reinstate him to his pre-release status.
