Publisher Description
Upon original submission, this Court unanimously reversed appellants conviction for deadly assault on a court participant, upon the ground that the evidence adduced at appellants bond hearing pursuant to the previous capital murder indictment had been insufficient to meet the States burden to show probable cause to seize appellant and to search his automobile on the morning of the crime, and that the introduction at trial of the weapon used, which was found in that search, was therefore reversible error.
