Perceptions by Undergraduate Students of the Environmental Conditions and Resources Availability in Selected University Libraries in Nigeria (Report‪)‬

Introduction The main objectives of universities are to promote learning by students and improve human knowledge through research. A university library is the focal point of academic and research activities in the university. The objectives of a university library should support those of its parent institution and as universities worldwide seek more or less similar general objectives, the objectives of a university library invariably focus on providing information resources and conducive resource use environments in order to promote teaching, learning and research in their parent institutions.
