Plane Went Down in Gander Town

Nearly 38 years after 256 people died in the crash of Arrow Air Flight 1285, we still don't have a definitive answer as to why the 'plane went down in Gander town'. U.S. intelligence officials were quick to dismiss the fact that a terrorist group claimed responsibility for the crash. The victims included 248 soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) who were returning from a 6-month peacekeeping mission in the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt. The book was written by the former U.S. Army officer who served as the HQDA Liaison Officer for the 3rd Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) during their 6-month deployment to the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt.
