An incantation. An elegy. A proclamation.  The poems in this book are many things.  This is the debut of an independant author and artist, a woman born and raised on the river's edge in the rural wilds, who broke out and roamed around the US a while like a migrating bird with a haywire inner compass.  These are reflections of her experiences- sometimes gritty, sometimes mystical, or a combination of both.  Patchwork, archetypal imagery dots this stream of consciousness landscape made of memory and dream.  In this book, you will find bits of gravel, fur, and lace, bathed in an otherworldly moonlight.
