Too self-promotional. The book is a sales-pitch advertising his business as a “buyer” rather than offering substantial steps, value or insight.
30 properties before 30 is better
Crappy investment book with no real intelligent information. “ buy a cheap house renovate it create equity “ “ buy land build a duplex “ “ manufacture equity “ wow thanks for that tip! To buy some land and a build a duplex your looking at probably around the million dollar mark. A million dollars of 6.5% interest over a year of building and no money coming in good strategy. But all your other properties will cover it and the banks won’t mind either.
