What an enchanting , book on Reiki . Concise and easy to read , and very inspiring . I felt like I wanted to jump straight into practice .. It bypassed a lot of the MUMBO jumbo you tend to read on Reiki . I liked the way there was a bit of history , and description of hoe reiki evolved , but it also dealt with day to day use and the need to regularly practice . Overall a very enjoyable small read ..
