Ryan has an almost perfect life. He works as an ENT, and lives with the man he loves. Growing disenchanted with his career, he knows he’ll soon have to make a decision about what direction he wants to take. But he knows, whatever path he chooses, he’ll always be with Adam.

Until the day Adam is severely injured in a car accident.
