So good
Rebecca Yarros is a relatively new author to me but what I have read I have really enjoyed. This is the first book in her latest series and if Reason to Believe is anything to go by, she has a winning series on her hands.
I was drawn in from the first chapter and fully invested in Knox and Harper’s story. This was such an emotional, heart warming story that got to me on a number of levels.
Harper has been in love with Knox for years but he won’t cross the line because of his friendship with her older brother. However some things are meant to be and neither of them have forgotten the kiss they shared on prom night.
When Harper steps up to care for one of her students and his baby brother she knows she will do whatever it takes to keep them out of the system. When Knox returns earlier than planned they set in motion a plan that will quickly explode and become complicated.
Reason to Believe is a beautifully written friends to lovers story that ticked every box for me. The chemistry between Knox and Harper and the roller coaster of emotions this story brought out made for a wonderful read.
One click this little gem I don’t think you will be disappointed.
Ticked all my boxes
After reading Reason to Believe, I’m struggling to understand why I haven’t read more by the very talented Rebecca Yarros. I finished Knox and Harper’s story a few days ago but it’s taken me this long to put words to paper because believe me this is one special read so i hope i can i do this romance justice.
Harper has loved Knox most of her life and a kiss of prom night is a memory she will never forget but after that one kiss he would never cross the line and risk his friendship with her older brother. Life and fate works in mysterious ways and when Harper needs help to keep one of her students and his baby brother from going into the system it’s Knox who comes to the rescue, what follows is a beautifully written friends to lovers journey that will appeal to a wide range of audiences.
I loved everything about this book, I smiled, I swooned and at times I held my breath as I was drawn into this very special journey. I was captivated from the first few pages and Knox and Harper’s stiry stayed with me long after the final word was read so I guess what I really want to say is please one click this gem of a read, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so excited for the rest of this series.
