Disappointed

For me this book had far too miuch technical medical jargon than was needed. before getting down to what I wanted to know - what to eat and what not to eat. Also many of the recipes had loads of sugar and quite a few salty incredients in them which seemed to me to be counter productive to what I have read about keeping kidney’s healthy. Also a chart in the book did not reproduce clearly to a readable leveal on my iPad.
